Procedure for Requesting and Processing Stipends

To ensure proper authorization and processing of stipends, please follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: Request Approval

Before offering any stipends to GCOE employees or non-GCOE individuals (via service agreements), you must complete the Request to offer stipends. form.

This form must be submitted and approved before communicating any stipend offers.
Wait for approval before proceeding to the next step.

Step 2: Complete the Required Form Based on Employment Status

Once approval has been received, proceed with the appropriate form:

For GCOE Employees → Submit a Special Assignment Form for GCOE Employees
For Non-GCOE Employees (Service Agreements) → Special Assignment/Service Agreement for non-gcoe employees

Ensure all required information is accurate to avoid processing delays.
