Policy Council

Policy Council (PC) empowers parents to have a voice in program planning and decision-making alongside the Glenn County Superintendent and staff. Members—elected by parents and community agencies—meet monthly to review program goals, policies, and funding, ensuring families and communities are actively involved in shaping Head Start services.
