Home Based
Home Based Services works with pregnant women and children ages 0 to 3 years - and is available to all families that meet income eligibility requirements! Click on the attachment at the bottom of the page to see if you are income-eligible.
Our program offers 90-minute weekly home visits that provide:
- weekly curriculum
- materials and supplies to promote child development
- developmental screenings and assessments
- connections with services such as CalFresh, CalWorks, etc.
- socialization opportunities

Early Head Start
Early Head Start centers serve infants from 8 weeks to 3 years old and toddlers from 3 to 5 years old - and is available to all families that meet income eligibility requirements! Click on the attachment at the bottom of the page to see if you are income-eligible. Families receiving CalFresh/SNAP benefits receive priority eligibility.
We offer a full-day program running from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Parents must have a need, such as being employed, attending school, or actively job-seeking to qualify. Our centers are located in Orland, Willows, and Hamilton City.
