California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act 

The Glenn County Office of Education (GCOE) has adopted the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA). Public Projects, as defined by this act and in accordance with the limits listed in Section 22032 of the Public Contract Code will be allowed to contract by informal procedures as set forth in sections 22032-22045 of the Public Contract Code. All Licensed Contractors are invited to request inclusion on GCOE's Bidders List for all trades for current calendar year. (Contractors must resubmit each year.)

Contractors on Glenn County Office of Education's list of bidders will be notified of available projects. If you wish to be added to GCOE's 2024 Bidders list, please fill out the current year GCOE CUPCCAA Bidders List Information Form in the link below and submit to the Facilities Director by mail at, 129 E.
