Eligible CYBHI providers and practitioners are invited to attend an in-person workshop hosted by the Glenn County Office of Education. During this session, participants will receive direct, step-by-step support in completing the application process for a National Provider Identification (NPI) number.

By the end of the workshop, attendees will walk away with an active NPI number, ready to use in service to the youth and children in our community.

Beverages & small bites will be provided.
