A Little History and How You Can Join

The Glenn Chorale was formed in 1981 as a community choir for those who enjoy singing in 3 and 4 part harmony.  Singers of all ages and musical abilities are encouraged to join.

• No auditions are held for incoming singers and all abilities and levels of singers are encouraged to attend.
• Rehearsals for the Christmas Concert begin in late August and culminate in a concert on the first Sunday
in December. Due to Covid-19 restraints on public perofrmances, there will be no Christmas Concert in                   2021.
•    Rehearsals for the Spring Concert will begin on January 17, 2022 and culminate with a concert on the first             Sunday in May.
•    Rehearsals are held every Monday night from 7:00 to 9:00 pm during rehearsal season at Glenn Success Square in Studio 129 at 129 E. Walker Street.
•    Singers of all ages are welcome to attend, however, a minimum age of 16 is suggested. Music for
the season is on loan for a music usage fee of $10.00 per person.

The Glenn Chorale has traveled extensively, performing in such countries as Germany/Austria in 1997; Scotland, England and Wales in 2001, Italy in 2004, Washington DC in 2005, and Greece in 2007.

To register for the Fall 2022 Spring Concert season, just drop by either the Orland or Willows offices and complete a registration packet.  If you want to participate just for the fun of it, come on in and meet your fellow singers.   The Spring season begins on Monday, January 17, 2022 at 7pm at Studio129 at 129 E. Walker Street in Orland.
