Resource & Referral Lending Library
Our library is a free, centralized service that equips child care providers with materials to elevate their programs. By acting as an extension of your classroom, we help eliminate the financial barriers to high-quality supplies.
📋 Borrowing Policy: Up to 4 items at a time for a 2-week period.
1. Educational & Curriculum Materials
- Theme/Curriculum Kits: Books, toys, and activities (e.g., Space, Healthy Eating).
- Manipulatives: Math, science, and fine-motor activity sets.
- Assessment Tools: Copies of DRDP and state observation guides.
2. Professional & Business Resources
- Books & Guides: Child development, nutrition, and behavior guidance.
- Business Kits: Planning, record keeping, and tax preparation resources.
- Licensing: Title 22 regulations and CCLD technical guides.
3. Equipment & Special Needs Support
- Adaptive Equipment: Sensory manipulatives and infant safety resources.
- Workroom Tools: Laminators, binding machines, and die-cutters.
Policy for Laminating, Copies, and Faxing:
• Copies: Black & White: $0.10 each ($0.20 for 2-sided) | Colored Paper: $0.10 each | Cardstock: $0.25 each
• Copy Limits: A provider is allowed 20 copies per week. We no longer make packets or booklets.
• Faxing: Up to 5 pages: $1.50 | Every 5 pages after: $1.50 | Incoming Fax: $0.20 per page
• Laminating: $0.25 per foot (Limit: 30 ft. per month per provider). Extra fee of $1.00 per ft. if we have to laminate.
• Butcher Paper: $0.10 per foot (Limit: 30 ft. per month per provider)
• Accu-Cut Machine: Free (when you bring your own paper)
