Transition Partnership Program (TPP)
(Para Español, Haga Clic Aqui)
Your student may be eligible to apply for services through the Transition Partnership Program. This program is a partnership between the Glenn County Office of Education and the California State Department of Rehabilitation.
The program requires that at least one parent and the student sign the application forms. The student will also need to provide their social security number on the application.
The Transition Partnership Program is designed to assist students with various disabilities in preparing for college and work. Once your student has completed the application packet and has been determined eligible, he/she will be able to participate in Industry and College Tours. We will begin exploring many career opportunities and helping your student prepare for the future. Upon graduation, your student will continue to receive guidance and support from our program. If your student decides to go to college, TPP may assist in paying tuition and book expenses. If your student decides to go to work, TPP can provide job search and job placement services. TPP may also provide assistance with purchase of tools or other materials required to get started in a job.
Please help your student complete the application packet and have them return it to school as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please call Mark Duff at (530) 517-1583 or office (530) 865-1267 Ext. 3208.
