Success Printing and Graphics

Success Printing is a full-service printing and design business that is also a Glenn Adult Career Technical Education Program that trains students in printing and graphics.

Printing / Graphics Course Description

     The Success Printing/Graphics course provides students with the skills needed to work in the printing and graphics field.
     Students learn not only the skills to safely and efficiently produce a product, but also the attitudes, characteristics and techniques that successful business people possess.
     There are a variety of machines used in this class, along with Microsoft Publisher, the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite that includes InDesign; Odysseyware, Illustrator and Photoshop.  A capstone project will be developed by the student to assess their graphics knowledge and production skills.
     The Printing/Graphics course requires 120 hours of participation. This is an open enrollment course and hours will be accumulated by attending class a maximum of 15 hours per week for 8 weeks, or attending on a rotating basis as the student's schedule allows.  Class is scheduled between 8am to 12pm, Monday through Friday.

•     Small Business Entrepreneurship:  Odysseyware Online Course
 
     Students must pass assessments on machine operation and graphic design skills.    
     Upon successful completion of the machine and graphic design skill assessments, the student will earn a certificate of achievement.  The goal is to give students an edge in the job market and confidence utilizing the training and skills the obtained in the course.
